Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority, so if there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us. We'll do everything we can to make it right!


Order Processing:
- We process orders within 2-3 business days.
- You’ll receive email updates with your order status.
- If you’ve ordered multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping:
- Most orders are shipped via USPS.
- Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 business days for continental US destinations, and up to 4-5 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.

Due to high shipping costs, we only ship custom magnets to the U.S. at this time. Please contact us for more information and/or assistance with this.

**We offer international shipping for our magnet machine kits.**
